Finders Keepers.... It's a Law!

The verdict is in!! Maybe you heard about the 10 year old girl who found a Tim Horton's cup at school in the garbage but couldn't roll up the rim, so she had her friend do it for her.... and what do you know! It was a winner! and a RAV 4 Sport no less! Well the courts have ruled. The cup goes to the person with the intention to roll. In other words Finders Keepers... it's a law.

In other news speeding fines here in Manitoba have been increased... That shouldn't be too much of a problem since no one can afford to drive anymore anyway... but if you do decide to put the pedal to the metal, remember that the fine for doing 110 is now $140, don't say I didn't warn you.
