I can only hope that the youth were challenged by it as you seem to be.<BR/>Come to think of it, I should take that to heart more myself. You know, it's easy to blow off that command and think that it's enough that we go through the motions (are emotions) of Christianity at church and youth through worship and reading Scripture. But, it's like you said, if we as people of Christ don't even have the guts to feel pain or shame, or even admit the fact that we are His, what good are we to Christ. Then we may as well be pegged with the rest of the world. <BR/>I appreciated your study last night. It only comes to show that in the Christian culture we live in, you know "the culture of comfort" we need to time and time again be reminded that the true Christian life is one of tremendous trials.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
